Пропила полбанки ежовака(примерно 100 грамм).По роду деятельности приходится иногда мало спать.Во время приема гриба заметила,что даже если спала 2-3часа целый день остаюсь бодрой.Концентрация внимания заметно улучщилась и еще ушла раздражительность.Благодарю Юрия за быстроту обработки заказа и за качество.Покупаю здесь уже третий раз.

Application method:

General prophylaxis, adjunct to main therapy or as monotherapy:
0.5 - 1 gram 2 times a day: in the morning on an empty stomach, in the evening 30-60 minutes before meals.

The powder should be washed down with a small amount of water. Doses may be changed as prescribed by the doctor.

It is not recommended to take more than 3 grams per day due to the lack of studies using higher doses, although no particular safety concerns have been reported with higher doses. Individual intolerance of product components, children under 12 years old, pregnancy and lactation period.
