"Specify the name" - you must specify the name of the product you would like to order (for example: white mushroom or blueberries)
"Form" - it is necessary to specify the form of the product (for example: dried or fresh mushroom)
"Weight" - the weight must be specified in grams (if you want to order from 1 kilogram, specify in the format "1000")
The items "Your name" and "phone number" are mandatory and must be entered correctly!
