The average delivery time is 3 weeks, but it can be longer, it depends on the customs of the destination country. Ukraine releases parcels quickly and without delays, then tracking is conditional, it happens in different ways, but 90% of parcels reach the addressee, +/- 80% arrive on time.
In case of return of the parcel, we will return the money paid for the product to you (money is not returned for delivery, if the recipient refuses the parcel, the post office will charge a double fee for the return. We will then also deduct these funds from the amount)
