The reception of the mushroom can be different during the day, it depends primarily on the problems to be solved.
It is recommended to take the mushroom in the morning, on an empty stomach, but if side reactions are felt after taking it, then the intake should be postponed 30 minutes after a meal.
The minimum course of admission is 2 weeks, since the mushroom has a cumulative effect and may not act immediately.
If the desired effect is absent after 2 weeks of administration, the dosage can be increased, but not by more than 0.5 grams.
In case of nausea, feeling of euphoria, light intoxication or dizziness, it is recommended to reduce the dosage. If these side effects worsen, or you notice any other side effects not listed in the instructions, inform your doctor.
