Про товар ничего сказать не могу, я брал отдельно мухомор и ежовик. Впечатления такие: если в один день принимать то сон нарушается, заснуть труднее и спится плохо, мысли лезут. В общем для меня один мухомор лучше чем смесь.

Ежовік на ніч не рекомендую, ранок- ежовік+мухомор, обід - ежовік, вечір - мухомор

Rubas Shaman, Шановні, то все індивідуально. Загальні рекомендації не завжди спрацьовують, треба шукати комфортну суміш, і способи прийому.

Хлопці вже отримали Ваші подаруночки. Тільки питають, як приймати цей MixSport, а я не знаю і в описі у Вас нема рекомендацій по дозуванню. Краще з ранку чи як мухомори, 1 капсулу зранку і одну ввечорі? Хоча, мухомора ж там усього 250мг в одній капсулі, то може по дві? Чи впливає цей мікс на нічний сон і чи варто його приймати і ввечорі також, як при класичному мухоморному дозуванні?

Скиртач Олексій Григорович, Основні принципи вживання такі ж як і по мухомору, перед великими фізичними навантаженнями можна збільшувати до 4-5 капсул, разово. Ця суміш використовується не так давно, тому ще активно збираємо відгуки по застосуванню, будемо вдячні якщо залишите і ви.

По 1-2 капсули 2 рази на день: вранці натщесерце, ввечері за
30-60 хвилин до їжі.

Капсулу слід запивати невеликою кількістю води. Дозі може бути змінено призначено для лікаря.

Не використовуйте більше 6 таблеток на день через дослідження із застосуванням вищих доз, хоча особливих проблем із безпечною вищою дозою не виникло. Індивідуальна непереносимість компонентів продукту, дитячий вік до 14 років, вагітність і період лактації.
